A Fresh Start: It’s Your Choice Returns at The Pie Factory, Ramsgate
After months of ups, downs, and more than a few false starts, we are delighted to announce that It’s Your Choice Activities will finally be reopening on Tuesday 7th October at our brand-new venue — The Pie Factory in Ramsgate.
It’s been a journey full of challenges and waiting, but the support and patience from our community has kept us going. Now, we’re more excited than ever to welcome everyone back and create a safe, inclusive space where adults with learning disabilities can come together, have fun, and take part in activities that truly make a difference.
Why The Pie Factory?
The Pie Factory is more than just a venue — it’s a welcoming, creative space right in the heart of Ramsgate. With its central location, easy access, and supportive environment, it’s the perfect home for our inclusive activities in Ramsgate.
From arts and crafts to group games, music sessions and social events, we’re planning a wide variety of activities to make sure there’s something for everyone. Every session is designed to be inclusive, engaging, and focused on building confidence, friendships, and joy.
The Importance of Inclusive Activities
At It’s Your Choice Activities, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to take part in meaningful activities, no matter their abilities. Our club isn’t just about having fun (although there will be plenty of that!). It’s about creating a safe community space where:

What You Can Expect
Starting from Tuesday 7th October, sessions will run on Tuesdays and Fridays from 10am–2pm. At the moment, you won’t need to book in advance, though this may change as demand grows.
We have some fantastic new sessions lined up — from creative workshops and games to social time where everyone can relax, chat, and enjoy being part of a group. Every week will bring something new to look forward to, and we can’t wait to share the timetable with you soon.
A Community Effort
Reaching this point has taken determination, resilience, and community spirit. We know how frustrating the wait has been with so many false hopes along the way, but this new chapter is a chance to celebrate what makes It’s Your Choice Activities so special — our members, their families, and the wider community who support us.
Together, we’ve proved that no matter the obstacles, the need for inclusive activities in Ramsgate is too important to give up on.
