Based at the WW Martin Community Stadium in Ramsgate, we provide a warm, welcoming environment where adults of all abilities can enjoy meaningful, engaging activities — all while building confidence, independence, and genuine friendships.
Whether you’re a parent, carer, or support worker, this guide will give you everything you need to know about our sessions and why they’re making a real difference in the local community.
What Is It’s Your Choice Activities?
We’re a local, community-based day service in Ramsgate, Kent, offering activity sessions designed especially for adults with disabilities and additional needs.
Our sessions are small, friendly, and supportive — creating a safe space where everyone is free to be themselves. We focus on fun, confidence-building experiences that promote life skills and wellbeing.
Sessions run every Tuesday and Thursday, 10:00am–2:00pm, and cost just £8.50 per session, or £12 for both days.

Games & Entertainment

Our green screen setup lets attendees create their own imaginative photos and videos – perfect for sparking creativity and building confidence.
Sports Days & Archery
Physical activities like archery, skittles, and gentle team games help promote coordination, fitness, and a great sense of achievement.
Cooking & Life Skills
Our cooking sessions give everyone a chance to learn basic food prep, kitchen safety, and practical life skills – all while making delicious lunches!
