At It’s Your Choice Activities, we’ve always been about more than just running sessions. That’s why we’re excited to share some big news: we are now officially a Community Interest Company (CIC)!
What does becoming a CIC mean?

Our profits aren’t about lining pockets – they’re reinvested back into our services, our facilities, and our participants. This ensures that the work we do continues to grow, reach more people, and create even bigger positive impacts.
Why did we choose to become a CIC?
For years, we’ve seen how much joy, confidence, and friendship our activities bring to those who attend. By becoming a CIC, we’re putting that commitment into writing. It’s a clear statement that our focus will always be on people, not profit.
It also gives us the chance to access funding and support that will help us grow and improve what we offer. From new equipment and activities to expanded opportunities, this step opens the door to an even brighter future.
What does this mean for our members?
For our participants, families, and supporters – not much will change day-to-day. You’ll still see the same friendly faces, enjoy the same fun sessions, and benefit from the same inclusive environment.
