Dan Burgess
Dan co-founded It’s Your Choice with a simple belief – everyone deserves a place to belong. His focus is on creating a safe, inclusive space where fun and friendship come first.
Gary Burgess
Gary co-founded Its Your Choice with Dan and is always ready to help wherever he’s needed. Known for his friendly, hands-on approach, he keeps things running smoothly and makes everyone feel at ease.
Steve Burgess
Steve brings energy, creativity and a real passion for making every day fun. As our Head Chef, he cooks up delicious, home-style lunches that everyone looks forward to. Whether he’s in the kitchen, leading a game, or helping with crafts, Steve always finds ways to make every activity feel welcoming, inclusive and full of joy.
Michele Burgess
As Dan’s mum and Gary’s Aunt, Michele is at the heart of our family-run service. Kind, welcoming and full of warmth, she makes sure everyone feels comfortable and cared for from the moment they arrive.
Kate Raines
Kate brings warmth, patience, and plenty of positive energy to every session. As Gary’s wife, she’s been part of the It’s Your Choice family from the start, and her calm, friendly presence helps everyone feel right at home. Whether it’s supporting activities or offering a listening ear, Kate is always there to lend a hand and a smile.
Harry Burgess
Harry might be one of the younger members of the team, but he’s full of enthusiasm and kindness. Always willing to lend a hand, he’s brilliant at making everyone feel involved.
Archie Burgess
Archie brings energy and smiles wherever he goes. As part of the Burgess family team, he’s always happy to help and is a favourite with regulars at our sessions.
Jodie Burgess
Jodie is friendly, patient, and always ready to help. Married to Dan, she’s a calming presence at sessions and brilliant at making everyone feel included. Whether it’s crafts, games or a quick chat, Jodie’s support makes a real difference.
